It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a workout… to be honest I haven’t been lifting as much as I would like, tri training kind of takes over all my exercising…. But I was able to get in a quick dumbbell workout the other day and figured I would share it! This is great full body workout using multiple muscle groups. I’ve been doing a lot of superset because I find them more efficient. A superset is a group of exercises performed one right after the other without rest. As always, form is more important than weight or time…. And always Google the exercises and from from a reputable source if you are unsure how to complete them. Rest as needed.
