Why don’t I change it up with kettlebells more!? I saw them sitting at the gym this week and since I skipped a lifting workout last week (was too sore) I decided to do a quick full body workout only using the beloved kettlebell. Form is really important with the bell, so many sure you Google (from reputable sites) on how to do these exercises correctly. Sorry I don’t post more pictures of myself doing the workouts but I work out alone usually and feel awkward asking strangers to take my picture at the gym. You could change the reps and the weights for some exercise, do that feels comfortable but challenging!
Kettlebell Full Body Workout
10 One legged dead lift (each leg)
10 One arm clean and press (each arm)
20 Russian twists
10 Bent over one armed rows
10 chop lunges (each side)
10 side dips (each side)
