Do as many rounds as you want, try to stay in plank form as best as possible, come to your knees only if you have to… I’d recommend starting with 20-30 second intervals and then trying up to 1 minute depending on your plank skill level. Your abs and obliques will thank me, haha!

Elbow plank get ups (elbows to hands, try to alternate the leading elbow/hand)

Plank knee ups (alternating sides)
