Happy St. Patrick’s Day! While I’m not Irish (nor have I “celebrated” the holiday since probably grad school) I still wanted to add some green pep into the day! If you are looking for a fun themed workout to do tomorrow to celebrate you have come to the right place. All of the exercises are equipment free since I completed this while snowed in this past week. It’s basically your classic moves with fun Irish themed names to keep it festive. Let me know if you give it a try. Also I picked the unusual number of 17 because of the day the holiday falls on but you could always do 10 or whatever you want. If you are feeling adventurous add weights and see how many times you can run through the whole circuit. Enjoy your holiday and the weekend!
