YAY! Spring is officially here! It’s getting warmer!! Yay!! I considered doing my run outside but it was 5:30am and pitch black out and wasn’t going to lighten up enough by the time I finished, so I was hesitant (I get a little scared sometimes, haha). Anyways here is part of my gym workout. I have no picture because you can’t really take one of these exercises, but I did this circuit this morning at the gym after some cardio and lifting. But here is some inspiration! Don’t stop working out on the weekend, keep up the hard work and try to stay on track with eating but allow some indulgence. TGIF Wooo!
Welcome Spring Circuit- Repeat at least 3x (with a comfortable sized kettle bell)
15 kettle bell swings
15 medicine ball slams
15 Russian twists with medicine ball
25 Reverse crunches
25 lying leg lifts
15 deep squats with kettle bell
Tomorrow will be a run outside day and I can’t wait! So happy to see sunshine and warmer temperatures again! Any fun outdoor activities planned this weekend?? HIIT? Run? Walk? Hike? Bootcamp?? Have a great weekend!
