Big snow storm predicted for the Philadelphia area tomorrow (well 3-6 inches anyways). When it snows a lot of people are stuck indoors or just don’t feel like making the trip to the gym. (This is why I asked for a home exercise mat for Christmas). When the roads get bad and the temperature with the wind chill is like 1 degree…. Why not get a workout in if you’re snowed in anyways!?! #noexcuses
It’s also helpful to have home workouts on hand when you’re pressed for time!
The workout below is a 10 rounds challenge workout… basically you want to push yourself to do as many rounds as you can, up to 10. Some people might get to 10 and some might only make it to 1 but it doesn’t matter because you’re doing something!!
Try to go through each exercise without taking a break, rest between rounds as needed.
100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 side leg raises (done laying down on your side)
60 lunges
50 hip raises
40 side jack knife sit ups
30 plank jacks
20 push ups
10 burpees
