It’s finally feeling Fall! So that means it’s time to bust out all my favorite warming recipes. I’ll definitely try to share a round up soon but in the meantime I have a new recipe coming your way! I actually made this a couple months ago but my blog game has been way off the past few months. My cooking game has been lacking as well. Hopefully once life settles down a little more I will be able to pick it back up.
Have you ever tried cauliflower rice?? While I have nothing against white or brown rice (I eat it regularly) cauliflower rice is fun way to switch things up. I really enjoy cauliflower- cooked, never raw. Plus it has a great nutrition profile and can be made easily (when purchased in a frozen bag). This Middle East cauliflower rice is inspired by a Lebanese restaurant I love… the complexity of the flavors stemming from that region is insane. While I have never traveled to this area, I’m a huge fan of the food. Always aromatic and delicious, my Middle East cauliflower rice packs a punch. It’s perfect as side dish or can even be eaten as main course.
