So sometimes when I read a really awesome article that I agree with I share it on Facebook or Twitter… and sometimes I just save the link in a document to go back and read it (this usually works better as social media changes daily and it’s hard to back and find what you once posted). I realized since the beginning of the year I’ve saved quite a few articles that really spoke to me on medical/health/nutrition level. Since there were so many good articles I figured I’d share them with my (hopefully likeminded) readers. Diet trends, workouts, important nutrition advice for athletes, the reality of medical world now, among other things… click the links to learn and read 🙂
February was National Eating Disorder Awareness Month so there were a couple of articles that I thought really hit home for understanding eating disorders. Also the importance of balancing healthy eating!
March is National Nutrition Month® I will touch base more on this week but enjoy some articles touching base on #NNM and some information about what being an EXPERT on Food and Nutrition really means! And a post on why carbs are so delicious and some great new options to try!
And of course some fitness related articles I loved…. Including the importance of rest days, some awesome workouts, and coconut water as a sports drink!
