As a dietitian and someone who works with (and loves food) it’s so important to be aware of how what we eat can change environmental issues. As human beings it’s important to do our part to protect the environment and what we eat affects the environment by how much emissions of greenhouse gases are released, which contribute to climate change. Obviously climate change is a huge issue and one of the best things we can do is to eat less meat. No I’m not a vegetarian but I try to eat as plant based as possible such as the delicious and nutritious seasonal recipes listed below- make sure you check them out and find some inspiration to do your part for the environment.
