Since January is National Soup month I wanted to get together a good round up of soup recipes that are on my must try list to share with you guys (before the month was over). Homemade soups are usually super easy to make, full of veggies, and are lower in sodium than any canned soup. Plus you can make a big batch over the weekend and have it for lunch all week, or freeze it for future meals if you make extra. I searched through my pins and some of my favorite bloggers achieves for bright, nutrient dense, unique soups. If you’re anything like me you get bored with food easily- I love wedding soup but it’s not super exciting and after a day or too I would be over it. The recipes I selected to share are full of creativity and fun flavors- aka you won’t be bored by the end of the week.
