Holiday Salad with Pumpkin Vinaigrette

bag Arugula
Dried Cranberries
Blue Cheese
Bacon
Pepitas
Pecans

Pumpkin puree

Maple Syrup

Red Wine Vinegar

TSBP water
for thinning
Instructions
Put arugula in large bowl
Add equal amounts of dried cranberries, blue cheese, chopped bacon, pepitas, and pecans
In small bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, olive oil, maple syrup, red wine vinegar, and water to make dressing
