Mediterranean Orzo Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb orzo
  • 1 cup pesto I used jarred
  • 1 15 oz can artichokes
  • 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes 2 oz
  • 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta

Instructions

  • Cook orzo according to package directions
  • Once cooked add pesto, stir to combine
  • Add artichokes, tomatoes, olives, and feta, mix thoroughly
  • Serve warm or cold
