Bean and Seed Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 TBSP cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 TBSP garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 TBSP liquid smoke optional

Instructions

  • In a food processor ground up sunflower seeds and garbanzo beans
  • Heat pan on stove top, add olive oil
  • Add seed and bean meat and begin to saute
  • Add in spices and cook for 5-10 minutes until "meat" is heated thoroughly.
  • Serve in tacos or taco bowls. Add avocado, salsa, cabbage, peppers, or any desired toppings.
