Easter Egg Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Candy coated mini eggs I used Cadberry brand

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix together almond butter, sugar, and cocoa.
  • Add applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Stir thoroughly and add to mini muffin tin, distributing evenly.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, allow to cool in tin 3-5 minutes and then firmly press in 3 candy eggs.
