Heat olive on stovetop.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and dried basil.
Add chicken to heated pan and cook thoroughly.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add garlic to same pan and saute 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour chicken broth over pan and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Add chicken, artichokes, and sundried tomatoes to pan for another 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if using.
