Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Combine all “wet” ingredients and add into dry ingredients
Mix thoroughly and poor batter into a greased muffin pan
Bake muffins for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked
Freeze muffins to have for later- to reheat, place a paper towel over the muffin and set to “defrost”, this should only be about 30 seconds on high power.
