Happy Halloween Healthy friends! Hope you enjoy your holiday and remember to consume those sweets in moderation but still enjoy! Just thought I would pop into to share a quick workout… great to do before taking the kids out and use your walk as a cool down. If your kiddo free do this before you start your pregame or head out for other fun festivities. I did this workout last night at a local track but you could do it at your gym or in your neighborhood, just try to time it so you will have a safe area for the exercises at the end of your run. Rest as needed in between circuits but try to go from running straight into the dynamic exercises, if you’re able. Have fun!
