The Type 2 Diabetes Health Hub was created to provide valuable resources all in one place. 

When providing education to someone with Type 2 Diabetes I  use my signature 6 M Method for diabetes management. This includes a focus on monitoring blood sugars, medications and how they work (plus supplements!), meal planning, movement and exercise, improving mindset, and creating a maintenance plan. 

All of my resources are guided by the 6 M Method principles and have helped countless people lower their A1c and blood sugars.
