Part 1 of our Europe Trip- kicked off the trip in Amsterdam which was a city I was pleasantly surprised by filled with canals, beautiful houses, and nice people
My husband and I traveled to Charleston for a wedding and tacked on a couple of extra days to celebrate our third anniversary in an epic way!
Pat and I took a beautiful winter getaway to Paradise Island. We went the easy route and stayed at the Atlantis Resort and enjoyed some waterpark fun and lots of relaxation.
New England – Vermont, Maine, Boston
My husband and I took a road trip to Vermont (stopping at some delicious breweries), and then headed over to Maine before ending our trip in Boston so I could attend FNCE.
I attended a life-changing conference in Vermont with fellow RD bloggers. It was a great learning experience and I loved hanging out with so many talented women.
During our Italy trip, we had an 8-hour layover in London so we decided to get out in the city for a bit and check it out will definitely need to go back for a longer experience next time.
Italy Part 1: Naples, Pompeii, Positano
We took my dream trip to Italy for two weeks, traveling to many of the popular cities. Naples is still the best pizza I’ve ever had and our private boat ride along the Amalfi Coast was stunning.
When in Rome you see all the amazing historic monuments and eat the most delicious food. I still daydream about the Cacio de peppe.
Italy Part 3: Florence and Tuscany
After spending a day seeing the sights in Florence we took a day trip to the countryside to drink wine and check out some of the smaller and lesser known cities. Spoiler alert: this was our favorite day in Italy.
Concluding our trip by spending a few days in Venice… we kayaked through the canals, swam at a nearby beach, and of course, took a gondola ride.
Middlebury, Vermont with the Cabot Fit Team- Part 1 and Part 2
I was chosen as a member of the Cabot Fit Team and we spent some time eating delicious food and running a half marathon on my first ever trip to Vermont!
The hubs and I went to New York for a quick overnight trip to celebrate our second anniversary- the perfect city for foodies to celebrate in!
As a winter getaway, we headed to visit friends in San Antonio with an overnight trip to Austin. We loved exploring and eating lots of delicious southern food.
I was needing to get away and when we found cheap flights to Chicago we decided to go get some deep-dish pizza and check out Willis Tower- so cool!
I took a trip to Nashville for FNCE and met up with my friend Ange to explore the area. I had some good beer but didn’t get to check out as many foodie places as I wanted.
West Coast Trip Part 1:Portland and Seattle
Pat and I decided to take a West Coast Road trip- flying into Seattle and ending up in California. In Seattle and Portland, we hit up several breweries, and great restaurants and got to see some friends and family as well.
West Coast Trip Part 2: Redwoods, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Sonoma
After a gorgeous drive along the Pacific Coast Highway, we checked out the best of Northern California including a hike through the redwoods, several breweries, and of course wineries.
Philly- Epic First Anniversary Dinner and Wedding Recap One Year Later
While living in Philadelphia we have become huge foodies and went to the most expensive and fanciest restaurant in the city for our first anniversary. Plus I’m sharing a look at our wedding with photos.
We took an early spring break trip to South Beach to soak up some sun during winter. While we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach- the food was absolutely amazing!!
Greece Honeymoon: Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos
Probably the most amazing trip of our lives… All of the above photos are from Santorini- it is by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever been in my life.
