Remember the 100 workout I posted last year?! That was a little more intense than this workout! This is a simple countdown of some of your more basic gym moves. We are almost getting to the point of more outdoor workouts so I’m making sure the gym gets a little more love before I abandon it to lifting and swimming only while I enjoying running, biking, and doing some outside HIIT.
